Semantic HTML

HTML that uses meaningful tags (e.g. article, section, h1) to convey the structure and meaning of content to both browsers and crawlers.

Semantic HTML is the foundation of machine-readable content. Correct use of h1–h6, article, section, nav, and main makes it easier for search engines and AI models to understand content hierarchy and identify the most important parts of a page.
